(CelebNMusic247-News) Ghost Covers Depeche Mode’s Waiting For The Night
Rock band Ghost pays tribute to a classic Depeche Mode song “Waiting for The Night” giving the hit single and harder rocker version.
But we ask, can we see some hands waiving in the air and if you can put turn out the lights in yout room and light your cell phone. Then play this cover song, because it rocks, no joke…
Check their cover of Depeche Mode which is no different than the others; it too rules.
Here’s the drop via Metalinjection:
The thing that makes this cover what it is is that it’s pretty doomy and simplistic to about 1:40, where it takes this really strange waltz-in-4 kind of feel that I can’t really explain.
The song drudges on from there and touches on some major key work, and of course Papa Emeritus nails it with all the vocal harmonies and whatnot. Apparently this was a bonus track for Infantessumam in Japan, which makes me jealous of the Japanese once more. We want the bonus stuff too!
