Public Enemy most known member and hypeman Flavor Flav has an official trial date set for assault with a weapon and child endangerment!
The rapper-reality star is due to appear on September 30 in a Clark County District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada to face assault charges.

Flav, born William Drayton III, entered a not-guilty plea on yesterday (May 7th.) A Nevada State Court judge had previously ruled that there was not enough information to go to trial.
He is officially charged with assault with a weapon and child endangerment; stemming from an altercation he was involved in with his fiancee and threatened her 17-year old son with a knife.
