According to reports William Stewart, along with his mother Elnora Daughtery, are using the 38-year-old actress, Simon & Shuster, Inc., and author Tucker Tibor Max.
The lawsuit was filed in Travis County, Texas. William and his mom basically want some of Tiffany Haddish’s chedda, they’re suing for more than $1 million.
According to theJasmineBRAND, William and his mother have a list of potential witnesses of persons having knowledge of the relevant facts, and a brief statement of each identified person’s connection with the case.
The docs list Beyonce Knowles Carter as a potential witness. When describing the state of connection with the case it notes,
Has knowledge of defendant Haddish’s propensity for lies and making up false stories for Ms. Haddish’s own personal aggrandizement.
In addition to Beyonce, another potential witness is The Breakfast Club radio personality Charlamagne Tha God (real name Lenard Larry).
