Eva Marcille Rids Herself of Kevin McCall

Like a bad pair of red heels Eva Marcille has dumped her man ex baby daddy Kevin McCall in the trash, but she has made sure he won’t be making his way out of the dumpster!

Eva has upped the ante in her restraining order battle against her baby daddy — she’s now wrangled full custody of their baby daughter… at least for now.

CelebNMusic247.com first reported on the restraining order against ex-BF Kevin McCall last month, after he allegedly went on a rampage in their home, kicking down doors and trying to snatch their daughter from Eva’s arms. Well Eva is NOT one to mess with and we know first hand she can be wicked when she wants to and she has!

Marcille has now upped the anti and has been given full custody of their daughter on top of the already existing 100 yard restraining order!

Oh yeah, we almost forgot, Kevin has been denied ANY visitation, well at least until a hearing next month.

Ouch! Maybe Kevin and Columbus Short should hang out since they’re both in OUTSVILLE with their families.

Eva’s rep tells us:

“It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve Into Eva’s life but as a responsible parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself.”

It seemed that they were working things out until Kevin took to social media with a photo of a piece of paper with a woman’s name and number.

Though they appeared to be working through their issues weeks ago, it now appears they may have called it quits.

He claimed the woman was a waitress and he appreciated how forward she was in her attempt to hook up. Although he quickly deleted the photo after people starting asking him about where he stands with Eva, a quick look at Eva’s Instagram account shows that she’s been posting quotes that sound like she’s going through a tough breakup.
