It’s time to get excited if you’re an X-Men fan because 20th Century Fox has revealed som exciting news about Deadpool 2.

CelebNMovies247.com has learned that Deadpool 2 post-credit scenes will help lead into the upcoming X-Force movie.

Deadpool 2 will be filming between June 26 and October 6 on location, so expect Ryan Reynolds to be posting from the set.  Although, the films start date was pushed back it will not affect the June 1, 2018 release date.

Three characters will be introduced in the Deadpool 2 post-credit scenes; Sunspot, Feral and Shatterstar, which will set up the X-Force movie.

We find this interesting since Deadpool 2 (June 1, 2018), The New Mutants (April 13, 2018) and Dark Phoenix (November 2, 2018) were all recently given new release dates. We have also learned that Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) and the recently-cast Cable (Josh Brolin) will headline the X-Force movie together.

Could this be part of Marvels master plan to align and connect Deadpool to X-Force?

Sunspot is the only character who has already been in a X-Men movie. You might recall that Sunspot was played by Adan Canto in 2014’s X-Men: Days of Future Past. Sunspots real name is Roberto DaCosta, who first learned about his powers while playing soccer at the age of 14. He has the ability to absorb light, which gives him even greater physical strength.

The first of  the two new X-Men are Feral, a.k.a. Maria Callasantos, has made her Marvel Comics debut in the New Mutants comics. Feral is a cat-like mutant who has super-human senses and agility along with razor-sharp claws and a healing factor, and she has been a regular member of the X-Force.

The other  new character is Shatterstar, a.k.a. Gaveedra Seven, who has also gone under aliases such as Benjamin Russell, Star, and Star Face in the Marvel Comics. Shatterstar comes from the planet Mojoworld (about a century in the future, as opposed to the Mojoverse which co-exists with the contemporary Earth dimension, making him a time traveler as well as a dimension-hopper).

Shatterstar Complicated Origin:

This character is the son of Dazzler and Longshot, but thanks to different time travel story lines, he is actually responsible for the creation of Longshot. The discovery of his origin was a medical exam conducted by Beast. Shatterstar revealed that he indeed possessed DNA identical to that of Longshot, his rumored father. Shatterstar has hollow bones which make him lighter than most people, and he has eyes that can change from clear to silver. He is also an active member of the X-Force, who has been teamed up with Cable in certain story lines.

Shatterstar is the love interest of New Mutant Rictor:

Shatterstar sexuality touches on him being attracted to Rictor, who was the first gay mutant introduced in Logan. Rictor is part of the New Mutant film. Rictor’s mutant powers were to generate seismic energy and tremendously powerful vibrations in any nearby object, inducing earthquake-like phenomena and causing objects to shatter or crumble.

Deadpool 2 will introduce Josh Brolin as the iconic Cable and Zazie Beetz as Domino. Leslie Uggams is coming back as Blind Al. In addition, the original cast will also return.  Monica Baccarin (Vanessa Carlyle), T.J. Miller (Weasel) and Brianna Hildenbrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead) expected to return also. David Leitch (John Wick, Atomic Blonde) directs from script by original Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
