CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Usher has reportedly paid a a stylist who claims Usher Raymond IV infected her with herpes, according to court papers.

We’ve learned via court documents,which were first published Wednesday by Radar Online that “Confessions” singer was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010.

The woman, filed at the Superior Court in Los Angeles following a night of splendor with Usher. It was also revealed that they he had unprotected sex with the claimant without confessing that he had the virus.

Here is where things get gross. The NY Daily News reports:

The law is clear in California: It is illegal to knowingly or recklessly transmit an STD. Usher allegedly did just that when he told the victim he had tested negative for the virus, despite a “greenish discharge” from his penis, the court papers say.

The woman was later diagnosed with herpes. In addition, the woman had vaginal sores, fevers and chills, according to court papers. It was also stated that he paid some of the victim’s medical bills in 2012 — $2,754.40 in all.

This was around the same time Raymond and Tameka Foster got divorce and she accused him of cheating. Usher admitted to the YBF back in 2012 that he smashed Tameka’s bridesmaids and had not been faithful to her. He claimed that he was lost during that time.
