None of what he is saying is true. Arpad Busson has been trying to smear Uma Thurman’s good name and defame her abilities as a parent. Uma’s legal team has admitted that she takes medication, but her pills are for depression and anxiety, NOT mental illness.
The Kill Bill actress is fighting back and has been locked in a nasty court battle with Busson. The child custody battle has dropped to all new lows since the former lovers can’t be left in a room together without fighting each other.
It’s a real life war of the roses and we all know they both died in the end. Word is, the court psychologist said they should not be in the same room.
Uma Thurman Battles Arpad Busson for daughter Luna:
Uma wants sole custody of Luna-Thurman-Busson, since Arpad is NEVER around for his daughter. She revealed that her daughter flew to see her father, but he had flown to Cuba to see the Rolling Stones, leaving his 4-year-old alone with nannies. She wants her daughter to have a stable happy life, not bouncing around all over the place growing up without a father around and being raised by nannies.
We feel for Uma. Luna needs to be with her mother. Arpad Busson is sounding selfish, like most billionaires.
Busson, who was twice-engaged but never married to Thurman, wants more time with Luna who was born before the pair split for good in 2014. of course, his lawyer, Peter Bronstein, still feels Uma is an unstable mother.
We find that interesting since she has raised to two teenagers from her first marriage with actor Ethan Hawke. She doesn’t sound unstable to us!
Mr Bronstein said Thurman suffers mood swings due to prescription pills and drinking. In addition to trying to defame Uma Thurman’s character, Busson attorney, claims that the $41,208.a year spent at Saint Ann’s School in New York was not good enough for their child.
His attorney said:
My client “felt they had small classrooms, they were cluttered, the atmosphere was depressing, the kids looked dirty and dishevelled.”
It didn’t win over the judge. In fact, the broadside backfired terribly!. The judge , Uma’s lawyer and the court psychologist all admitted they either sent kids to the exclusive school, or had tried and failed to get them into it.
Looks like Uma 1 and Arpad is still batting a 0 in court!
