CelebNMusic247.com has just got word that Taylor Lautner has been cast as a series regular in the second season of Ryan Murphy’s horror satire.

This time around the upcoming instalment will take place at a hospital with bizarre and fascinating patients, and Lautner is set to play Dr. Cassidy Cascade. Lautner’s character is a medical professional who suffers from a strange condition and becomes a murder suspect when a series of tragic events take place at the hospital.
Lautner joins fellow newcomer John Stamos in Scream Queens, as well as season one regulars Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, and Keke Palmer, among others.
The project marks Lautner’s first regular gig on the U.S. small screen in eight years. He previously played Christian Slater’s son in short-lived action drama My Own Worst Enemy, but began his career as a child actor with guest roles on sitcoms like The Bernie MAC Show and My Wife and Kids.
