An emotional Karine Stepffans aka Superhead is getting back at Lil Wayne after they’ve allegedly split and are NO LONGER cool!
Word is, Lil Wayne and Superhead have split, but sources are claiming that she thought they were an item.

You see Superhead is DELUSIONAL enough to believe that the two had something “special” . . . when really all that was happening is that Weezy would stop by for some TOP every 6 months or so. This is NOT the first time Steffans has gone off on Weezy.
Back in January of 2013 Karrine Steffans went on a rant against Lil Wayne confessing her love for the over tattooed rap star, who has a penis tattoo on the arch of his forehead. We hope its supposed to be something else, but the artist did a horrible job and made it look like a d*ck.
