For months Ciara has been bashing Future ever since they split and she moved on to NFL baller Russell Wilson, but on Monday Ciara got her news and it wasn’t in favor of her mommy skills.

According to reports, CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Future, born Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, scored a major legal victory Monday morning in California custody court.

Apparently, the judge ruled against Ciara’s appeal to secure sole custody of Future Zahir Wilburn, her son with Future. The ” will now have joint custody of Zahir. (his fourth child, Ciara’s first.) – TMZ

Their custody battle has been long and bitter. The “I Won” rapper has seemingly had limited visitation rights up to this point.

In January, the “Move That Dope” rapper tweeted out his frustrations at the arrangement:

“This bitch got control problems. I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture…the fuckery for 15k a month. I jus want babyfuture that’s all.”

Shortly after the court results, Ciara filed a $15 million libel lawsuit against the “Diamonds Dancing” rapper, only to be counter-sued two months later.

Both lawsuits are currently unresolved.

Maybe Ciara should just give up and learn how to co-parent for her son’s sake. Sometimes you have to think about what is best for the child. It appears most parents tend to forget that.
