Shia LaBeouf is off the hook for getting into it with a guy at his “He will not divide us” protest site in NYC!
Find out why Shia LaBeouf had his charges dropped…

CelebNMusic247.com has learned that charges for assault and harassment have been dismissed since there wasn’t enough evidence against Shia LaBeouf.
If you recall, the ‘Nymphomaniac’ actor was taken into custody by police following an alleged scuffle with a man at his ‘He Will Not Divide Us’ protest in New York in January.
You may also recall that Shia LaBeouf appeared to argue with someone and whack a guy in the chest in video from his anti-Donald Trump live stream. Shia was due to appear in court over the alleged incident on April 7, but now he’s in the clear.
The ‘He Will Not Divide Us’ art installation was created by Shia along with artists Nastja Säde Rönkkö and Luke Turner. The installation was set to run throughout President Trump’s time in office, but shut down shortly after the incident.
Shia LaBeouf Anti-Trump art project Moves to Saver Grounds:
You can still witness Shia LaBeouf anti-Trump art project, the only catch is, that it’s now in Liverpool because “America is simply not safe enough for this artwork to exist.”
FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology) has promised to ensure LaBeouf, Rönkkö & Turner’s flag emblazoned with the words will fly continuously “for four years, or the duration of the 45th Presidency of the United States.”
“The artwork is conceived by the artists as a resistance to division, and to the normalisation of division,” it explained.
LaBeouf said:
“When you see the young people like Shia LaBeouf and Miley Cyrus, they have a lot of followers, young people are looking at them and what are they teaching? They’re teaching treason, they’re teaching going up against the government, not accepting the will of the people on this Presidency and it’s a very sad day when I see this.”
The art installation was to get Americans to WAKE UP! We are glad there is still a livestream somewhere. Trump is ruining this country.
