After yesterdays arrest for violating his probation, Scrappy is saying its the biggest mistake he’s made.
Scrappy is currently behind bars following his arrest in ATL yesterday, and it’s all because he failed to check in with his probation officer.

CelebNMusic247 has learned that Scrappy was locked up in Georgia yesterday for violating his probation stemming from a 2008 marijuana possession case.
TMZ broke the story, but we are keeping you up on what’s going on with the Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star.
In mid September, Scrappy, born Darryl Kevin Richardson II, filed documents with the DeKalb County Superior Court, begging the judge to recall the warrant for his arrest.
However, Scrappy admits he failed to check in with his probation officer on August 9, 2012 . The LHHA star states that it was an honest mistake because he had been on non-reporting status for 1.5 years. He didn’t realize there was another check-in date scheduled.
The reason why Scrappy was arrested lands on the hands of the judge who didn’t rule on Scrappy’s request by the time the rapper had a run-in with police yesterday. He has been a model probationer and wants his arrest warrant recalled immediately.
Unfortunately, Scrappy will remain behind bars until he goes up in front of a judge sometime in the near future.
Moreover, Scrappy’s rep tells TMZ the rapper’s lawyer is trying to resolve the legal matters and get Scrappy out of jail.
