If you saw Roland Emmerich film, Independence Day: Resurgence, then you know it was terrible, but are you Prepared For Roland Emmerich next project, Moonfall?

Flip and get more details on Roland Emmerich new project Moonfall…

CelebNMovies247.com has the latest disaster film, Moonfall, where the earth gets annihilated by out very own moon, thanks to Roland Emmerich!

We guess this movie like his previous films Independence Day: Resurgence and 2012 will solely rely on special effects and weak storylines.

According to Deadline:

It’s already in the works since Universal just spent seven figures acquiring Moonfall. The purchased a spec script written by Emmerich (along with frequent collaborators, Harald Kloser and Spencer Cohen), with Emmerich onboard to direct.

So the big question is, “What’s the new disaster movie about?”

BMD says:

This one is best described as Emmerich’s 2012 mashed together with Close Encounters of the Third Kind, following an unlikely band of misfits who must unite to save humanity when the moon falls out of orbit and hurtles towards earth.

Yes, in Roland Emmerich’s Moonfall, a ragtag crew of misfits will have to work together in order to stop the moon from falling on us. That is actually what this movie will be about. If it’s anything like Independence Day: Resurgence we will wait until it crashes into HBO, Starz or Showtime.

Can you believe that Independence Day: Resurgence 3 is already announced and in the works? WHY HOLLYWOOD WHY?

We will keep you posted when we hear more…
