While speaking with Oprah, Robin Thicke explains to Mama O that he didn’t know that Miley Cyrus was going to get all nasty and twerk on his package in front of Paula Patton!
Like Justin Timeberlake denied Janet Jackson‘s Superbowl halftime performance, Robin Thicke goes on to claim he was performing and had no idea that Miley was going to take her performance and make is sexual.
Yes, Robin Thicke is putting all the blame on Miley Cyrus and removing himself from the controversy!
Thicke believes the controversy was “silly.”
Thicke told Oprah:
”Well, I was on stage. I didn’t see it, you know, so to me I’m walking out towards Miley. I’m not thinking sex. I’m thinking fun, you know?”
Robin know’s Miley and explains that is who she is, and what she does. Miley is a party girl, and when it comes down to the controversial performance Robin said:
“I mean her and I don’t have that kind of –.”
Then Oprah interrupted
“But she’s twerking up against your cojones.”
Thicke brushed off the raunchy performance, saying:
“I’m singing my butt off so I’m sitting there. I’m looking up at this guy and I’m singing. I’m not really paying attention to all that. That’s on her. I’m like people ask me, you know, do you twerk? I go, listen, I’m the twerkee. I’m twerked upon. I don’t twerk myself, okay? I’m just twerked upon.”
