If you recall, back in November, RiFF RaFF was one of the first artist to say “I Do” to president elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.
The only problem is that RiFF RaFF Trump’s inauguration committee has ignored his efforts. Which is strange since his team has struggled to cobble together a musical program for the festivities.
On Sunday, JODY HiGHROLLER renewed his efforts with a public appeal on Twitter. He would perform at Trump’s inauguration for the fee of $50,000
The “Doctor Pepper” rapper took to Twitter pleading his case:
“RETWEET & TAG @RealDonaldTrump iF U WANT RiFF RAFF TO PERFORM ‘ONLY iN AMERiCA’ AT THE PRESiDENT iNAUGURATiON.”
Many artists have publicly declined invitations to perform, most recently 2 Chainz. That hasn’t stopped JODY HiGHROLLER from trying harder than ever to get Trump’s attention.
RiFF’s tentative $50,000 fee is far below YG’s proposed $4 million bill to perform “Fuck Donald Trump.”
Don’t be surprised to see RiFF on stage in Washington on Friday, January 20th.
