Morgan is overjoyed that she is offered a job, but she has a conflict, Ray J who is against Morgan for spreading her wings while she is his assistant. Ray goes off about his assistant being a celebrity corespondent for Power House. He blames Yesi for jacking his assistant Morgan to work for Power 106.

See when you take on a job in the entertainment industry it’s hard to move up the ladder, because people only see you as who you are when you came in the game.

We understand because CelebNMusic247.com started at the bottom as a PA and moved up the ranks to producer, but it was with blood sweat and drive and a whole lot of lateral moves. And tonight Morgan gets to see Ray J’s true colors shine when she wants to move up the food chain. He only sees her as an assistant and refuses to help her or support any of her dreams. It’s all about him, and he gets so petty he complains to Yesi he needs his “water bottle girl” aka Mogan. While she is working the carpet and doing the damn thing hosting, Ray is complaining about Morgan’s “betrayal.”

Things get uglier by the minute and while Morgan believes Ray is going to be supportive she finds out that all that matters is he issues, his needs, his drama, and that she betrayed him. It’s actually pathetic that Ray J is acting so selfish, but we get it.

Let us break it down. Morgan should have stepped up on a professional level and told Ray J about the gig. You don’t want turncoats in you midst when working in the industry. Unfortunately after 10 years, Morgan came off like an amateur and instead of getting someone to cover her while she was working the carpet for Yesi, she left Ray high and dry. That is terms for termination, so on that level Ray is right.

Morgan was wrong to NOT tell Ray. she should told him, got a substitute and micro managed from the sidelines.
