Last week Prince was admitted to the hospital after an emergency landing while in flight on his private jet a day after his Atlanta, Georgia performance.

The plane landed just 48 minutes from his home. It was also reported that he was found in an elevator where there were unsuccessful attempts to provide Prince with CPR. according to reports, Prince was treated for a drug overdose 6 days before his death.

CelebNmusic247.com has also learned via TMZ, who reports that multiple sources in Moline tell us, Prince was rushed to a hospital and doctors gave him a “save shot” … typically administered to counteract the effects of an opiate.

Our sources further say doctors advised Prince to stay in the hospital for 24 hours. His people demanded a private room, and when they we’re told that wasn’t possible … Prince and co. decided to bail. The singer was released 3 hours after arriving and flew home. We’re told when Prince left he “was not doing well.”

Prince still pushed through the next day with a last blast party. Prince took the stage at a dance party near his home and curiously said, “Wait a few days before you waste any prayers.”

On Thursday, Prince was seen on Wednesday night at around 7 PM at his local Walgreen near his home in Minnesota, indicating his health was far worse than the simple flu. We heard that he was suffering from walking pneumonia, but that has not been confirmed.

Meanwhile, there are other sites speculating that The “When Doves Cry” singer died of an overdose, but that has yet to be determined.

Prince died Thursday morning. Officials are investigating the cause of death.
