Love and Hip Hop Recap: Where’s The Loyalty?

We guess the one thing about Love and Hip Hop season 5 episode 8 is that Yandy’s family is spiraling out of control but Mendeecees mom asks Where’s The Loyalty?

Tonight on love and hip hop NY Mendeecees recaps the argument/fight with his baby mama mom and his mom Judy Harris. Yandy is shocked, by the news because she thought Mrs. Harris would have been the voice of reason, but instead she was ratchet.

Later, Yandy has a sit down with Kim, Samantha’s mom who can’t get over the fact that she wants Mends to pay for a cleaning bill. Yandy tries to talk with Kim about custody for little Mendeecees. Kim is not budging and if Yandy won’t agree to Mends being a weekend dad then they are ready to take things to court. Yandy pleads with Kim saying what if Samantha take Mendeecees Jr. Monday through Thursday and they take him Thursday to Monday. They kind of come to an agreement to meet again for a second attempt to agree to disagree.

After Kim’s wet and wild fight with Judy, Yandy meets up with her to sort things out:

Across town, Erica Mena is talking to her homie, catching up and during the conversation she reveals that she is dating someone that she’s been friends with for eight years.

She tells him that they’ve both have been there for each other and the stars must have aligned because he just got of a relationship and she just split with Cyn, so the timing was right and they’ve taken things to the next level. Things are working out for her and her new man, Shad Moss aka Bow Wow.

The next day, Yandy tries to play referee and decides to have a sit down with Judy, Mendeecees mom about the situation. Yandy asks Judy what happened and Judy says she has no idea why they started asking her age, but they’re lying about little Mendeecees not studying and that he’s stuttering.

She says there NOT true, so she threw a drink on Kim. Yandy asks for her to apologize and that is when Judy tells her soon to be daughter in-law that she NEEDS to be loyal to her, NOT Mendz baby mamas mom. Judy feels that Yandy is fake and there is no loyalty. She tells her that she is marrying into the Harris family, not the baby mamma family. Yandy does seem to get it either. Then Yandy tells her that she can’t be part of her wedding if she’s going to act up like this then she can’t be part of the wedding.

Over in Queens at Don Coqui Cisco meets with his baby mama Tasha, so she confronts him where was he when she gave birth? He says he was in NYC, but she is done. She explains that he really hurt her and now she wants to be set free. Cisco can handle the heat so he says that he still doesn’t want her to see anyone, because he’s the father. Tasha says they need boundaries, and first one is, “NO MORE SEX.” She wants the boundaries respected!

Back in Manhattan, Yandy lies to Judy to meet with her so when she shows up she gets ambushed by Yandy and Kim. She instantly points out “loyalty” obviously feeling betrayed by Yandy. Judy tells Kim that she was just agitated with Samantha and the drink being throw was out of anger and not directed at Kim. Kim wants resolution, so she wants her suit cleaned so she hands her a cleaning bill. They work it out and are now on the same page.
