CelebNMusic247.com completely understands why LL Cool J isn’t impressed by any of the new hip hop hitting the airwaves.

It’s a bunch of sluggish, lazy sounding hip hop that all sounds alike. There is no originality anymore. No one stands out and has a distinctive sound. Everyone is a bunch of clones. Back in the day you could tell what East Coast, West Coast, Dirty South, Northern Midwest and Southern Midwest sounded like. These days its a bunch of cliche music, so veteran rapper LL Cool J let it be known that he’s ready to come for all the “meatball” rappers because he’s TIRED of ALL the “terrible rap records” floating around.

The 49-year-old Queens rapper and  Lip Sync Battle host took to Twitter on Tuesday night stating:

“If I hear one more terrible rap record I’m gonna have to do it to these meatballs!”
