Lisa Kudrow‘s Emotional Finale on The Comeback!!!

Last night Lisa Kudrow’s Emotional Finale on The Comeback was stellar as Valerie Cherish is faced with hard choices.

Kudrow, one of Hollywood‘s finest comedic actresses left us tearfully wanting more Valerie Cherish as HBO’s The Comeback’s second season finale came to a close on Sunday.

We finally saw Valerie Cherish (Lisa Kudrow) put her personal relationships ahead of her career just as she was about to receive the professional validation for which she was always so desperate. What we find interesting is that Lisa decided that she wanted to film the last sequence in one take.

In an interview to E! News, Kudrow revealed why that final scene made her “physically sick” to the point that it had to be accomplished in one take – as well as the difference between roles for women in TV versus Hollywood.

“That final scene in the hospital … um, something weird happened,” said Kudrow. “That was our last night. I felt ill. And I don’t usually somatize things … I think I did. … I had to get out of there.”

The extent to which the final scene affected Kudrow, however, had its silver lining: “I didn’t have to say goodbye, because I had to get out of there,” she told E!, adding that she “definitely got sick in the car.”

For the record, while HBO has yet to green-light a third season, Kudrow is on board – “I would love to do more.”

Will this be the end of Lisa Kudrow’s cherished series The Comeback on HBO?

We hope not, it’s one of the best written series on TV, genius writings, flawless scripts that poke fun on real issues women in Hollywood face behind the scenes in entertainment.

Fans see the glitz and glamour, but never know what struggles there are behind the scenes.

Thank you Lisa for an amazing season…we are looking forward to a third.
