Former Mean Girl actress, Lindsay Lohan has no time to worry about her bar reviews from Liz & Dick, because she’s 2 cents away from broke street.
Word is, Lilo has been renting a mansion in Beverly Hills since last February for $8,000 a month, and now that the IRS has seized her bank accounts, she’s so desperate to pay the bills on time which is why she has been begging her friends for cash.
Tis the season to give right?
Well Maybe NOT, because Lindsay was able to sweet talk the folks at Bravo to spend close to $200,000 renovating the house for an episode of Million Dollar Decorators…and she STILL screwed them by refusing to finish her filming obligations!
Get this she left them high and dry after she originally agreed to participate in a segment, and at first was completely cooperative! The troubled celebrity and daughter of Dena and Michael Lohan was spotted filming with the cast and crew while the network dished out all kinds of cash on expensive furniture back in March!
The only problem is Lindsanity allegedly USED Bravo, because when the film crew was expected to come back in April to shoot a short scene where Lindsay was shown her newly pimped pad…except by that point, she had STOPPED returning their calls!
In fact, Lindsay’s was said to be a total mess, so Bravo didn’t even BOTHER trying to come back and film, and instead used footage of the renovation without including the starlet!
Of course, we imagine that’s the LEAST of her worries now, given the fact that she can barely scrape two pennies together, let alone her monthly $8,000 rent!
Insiders reveal that when she signed the lease in February, things were looking up for her financially, so she didn’t seem too concerned about the cost! Of course, we all know how THAT’S turned out, and apparently, when she tried to break contract and move out early, her landlord warned her that the penalty would be MASSIVE!
Yikes!
In fact, she’s telling friends that she’s going to try to make the payments until her lease ends in February, and then start looking for something permanent in New York! – Which probably just means that she’ll be moving back to Long Island to live with Dina! And given that she gave her mother $40,000 to keep that house out of foreclosure, we’d say she has more than enough right to stay there as long as she wants!
