Lindsay Lohan has really shot herself in the foot after lying to police. The Liz & Dick was on probation for her no-contest plea to a grand theft charge for stealing a necklace, but that is over now.
Here is what the court decided today:
– Lindsay Lohan’s probation was revoked Tuesday
– She may face jail time for alleged traffic violation

Wednesday morning, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey revoked Lohan’s probation, because new charges have been filed against her for allegedly driving recklessly in Santa Monica, California, and then lying to police officers.
The court has ordered Lohan to appear at a probation violation hearing on January 15, 2013. At that hearing, the court could order jail time for the “Mean Girls” star.
Lohan is charged with lying to authorities when she crashed her Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway last June. Commissioner Jane Godfrey has set a hearing date of January 15 to decide whether or not Lindsay should end up behind bars for 245 days behind bars, but it’s highly unlikely she’ll serve that.
In November, Lohan was charged with assault after getting in a fight at a New York nightclub.
