CelebNReality247.com got word that Caroline Manzo and Lauren Manzo’s hair salon was an electrical fire that broke out in the basement.

Salon owners Lauren Manzo and her pal, Lia Cagliostro made it out alive while the salon filled with heavy black smoke last weekend.

The scary part about the fire is that Lia revealed that the only warning they had was flickering lights. They were in the middle of styling customer’s hair when everything went dark in the smoke cloud.

TMZ reports:

Firefighters battled the blaze for hours. The salon was left with severe water damage from fire hoses. Lia says they had to trash all their hair dryers, brushes and clips … which reeked of smoke.

Lia also says that the building still doesn’t have power, and will need rewiring, but they’re planning to reopen next week.

In the meantime, their NJ branch, formerly seen on ‘RHONJ,’ is still fully blowing and styling hair.

We are glad that no one lost their life in the fire. Sorry to hear about the fire Lauren.  Earlier this year, Caroline announced that Manzo’d with Children will not be returning to Bravo.

Caroline posted her goodbye to reality TV after her granddaughter was born:
