Kimbella Vanderhee: Still Looks Pretty B-----

This season Kimbella Vanderhee didn’t show that side of herself, like back on season 1 when she ended up fighting Erica Mena, Chrissy Lampkin and Emily Bustamante. Kim was on seasons 3 and 5. Season 7 was her comeback as a main member of the reality show.

Kimbella Vanderhee, 34, joined Love & Hip Hop as Yandy’s friend and let’s just say her arrival wasn’t particularly well received by the then queen of New York Chrissy Lampkin. Kimbella and Chrissy had issues when talking about their Diplomats (Jim and Juelz). Kimbella tried to steer clear of her man’s drama, but Chrissy pressed and things unraveled.

Kimbella Vanderhee LHH 1 Fights:

Chrissy assessed that Kim may be touched, saying:

“When I hear Kimbella speak, it’s almost like she’s not coherent or she’s like, high on mushrooms or something, all day. She’s, a-la-la, like a space cadet.”

It was 100% shade. Things got worse that season when firecracker Kimbella revealed that she once dated Fabolous when unbeknownst to Emily Bustamante (Fabo’s girlfriend), who was pregnant at the time Kim allegedly slept with her man. Chrissy ended up popping Kim in the face in defense of Emily, which lead to Kimbella’s now infamous, “Still pretty” line.

It was a classic moment and probably one of the top fights on LHHNY. After Kim threw a drink in her face, Chrissy calmly excused herself walking over to Kim and then beating her down like yesterdays news.

Kimbella Vanderhee Chrissy Lampkin fight – LHHNY Season 1

Back then Love & Hip Hop was ratings dynamite the cast was based around Chrissy Lampkin, the show that Jim Jones pitched, but Mona Scott-Young jacked right from under him.

The OG cast included Chrissy Lampkin, Emily Bustamante, Olivia Longott, Somaya Reece. LHH1 OG supporting cast included, Jim Jones (episodes 1–4, 6–9), Mashonda (episodes 1, 5, 8), Maurice Aguilar (episodes 2–4, 7–9), Nancy “Mama” Jones (episodes 2, 6–9) and Rich Dollaz (episodes 3–4, 5–9).

Kimbella Vanderhee LHHNY Season 7 Return:

Since then things have changed. LHHNY has evolved into a hip hop soap opera for rapper to have a comeback, start a career, or get their brand known. It’s become a stepping stone to help an artist career. The cast has changes, but Yandy Smith, Rich Dollaz are the only two OG’s standing. Though LHH season 7, was the return of Kimbella since her explosive first season. She and Juelz took a break from the industry to raise a family, and so she could trust Juelz again. There was a time he was dipping on the side with THOTS, so Kim put and end to it.

This season Kimbella came back to Love & Hip Hop 7 with an all new attitude. She showed that she still has trust issues with Juelz. Then, Kim worked out her issues with Yandy. The season ended with Kimbella trying to mediate a sit down with Mendeecees “the bastard” who knocked up three women who can’t seem to put their issues aside. Why? Because Erika and Samantha are bitter, petty exes that still want to be Mrs. Harris. The problem is that title belongs to Yandy Smith-Harris, and the hate it. So they’ve been petty keeping their kids away from Yandy. Kim tried to help, but it was a disaster.

In the end, the mixed beauty (Half black/white) reality star/former model, Kimbella Still Looks Pretty…

Kimbella and Juelz Santana Drama this season:

As for Juelz Santana, the couple will continue to have issues if Kimbella doesn’t start to learn to give him space. They share a son, and two more children. Kimbella started dating Juelz in 2011. In 2007, she was with Fabolous. In 2005, way before Kim, Juelz dropped What the Game’s Been Missing! an amazing project. After his second album Juelz disappeared. Roc-A-Fella Records split and the rapper was arrested multiple times. Juelz, born LaRon Louis James, is now with Kim and that keeps him in check, but he, like Jim Jones is trying to make things right for his career and his family. That takes time.
