CNN reports:

TMZ posted the footage of Bieber in Barcelona while on tour Tuesday.

In the video, Bieber is being driven in a car approaching Palau Sant Jordi stadium.

A group of screaming fans are greeting the car containing Bieber when a man sticks his hand in the window and appears to touch the singer.

Bieber reacts to the flying hand in the window in self defense. He didn’t know what that arm in the car was trying to do, so he grabbed it and threw a punch.

Unfortunately it was one of his adoring fans from Barcelona. Maybe next time the boy fan will learn not to reach into a celebrities car.
