Justin Bieber was spotted with his security wearing some red boxer briefs, since his pants were saggin so low.
For some rason this is still a trend for young guys 15 – 29, but saggin is something that comes from the prisons. It was a way for the inmates to know who was the bottom showing off their butt’s behind bars. Why don’t these guys realize what they are doing when they sag.
All we have to do is sit back and laugh…
In other news, Justin Bieber has been officially charged by Brazilian police with “defacing a building or urban monument” and he could face up to one year in jail.
Justin has posted several photos of himself doing graffiti over the past few days. The 19-year-old claims that he had “permission” and appears to not be worried that local authorities in Brazil are after him.
According to The Bieb’s he had approval!
We disagree, because no country would say its ok to deface a historical monument or any of the cities walls with some 2 cent grafitti.
However, Justin claims he had permission but the authorities claim they told him he could spray paint on a sports facility not the old hotel.
He wrote on his Instagram on (Nov. 6):
“Every place I have tagged has been approved.”
“I do not suggest tagging private property.. I still suck but i have fun doing it
.”
.”But it doesn’t look like police are buying it. Although it’s considered a “minor offense” he may get fined or face up to one year in jail, according to the BBC. Actually we aren’t buying either.
