CelebNMusic24.com has learned that Justin Bieber he’s TOO LATE to say sorry to China. The Beijing’s Culture Bureau responded Friday to a fan’s request.

Basically, Justin Bieber is taking his tour to Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and Hong Kong but NOT China.

The Biebs’ Purpose tour will NOT be heading to China, because the pop star with the inflated ego pissed off the People’s Republic.

Here is what they had to say about the “Sorry” singer:

“Justin Bieber is a gifted singer, but he is also a controversial young foreign idol. As far as we are concerned, he has engaged in a series of bad behaviors, both in his social life and during a previous performance in China.”

They continued to say this in efforts to purify China and keep bad influencers out, hense Justin Bieber:

“We hope that as Justin Bieber matures, he can continue to improve his own words and actions, and truly become a singer beloved by the public.”

The bureau didn’t go into detail, but if you recall, Justin mocked China’s emperor’s making his crew carry him onto the Great Wall of China in 2013. What the ignorant pop star didn’t realize that it was a sign of disrespect to their country. In addition, he jumped on his skateboard in a mall, another no no. China is NOT Canada or America Justin, and being a celeb doesn’t make it right.

China is apparently looking at Beiber’s headlines around the world and they just don’t want him back in their country.
