Usher is trying to lower the child support payments since he has primary custody of his boys and Tameka Foster Raymond does not. Tameka should be paying Usher, but the court seems to have things twisted.
Usher and Tameka Raymond are adding another chapter to their already messy nasty custody battles since Usher Raymond V almost drowned earlier this week in the pool.
The near fatal accident had Usher Raymond V rushed to the hospital after a quick save by two men working on the home and giving the 5 year old CPR. However, Tameka, who has been waiting for her ex-husband to screw up, won a temporary emergency child custody until yesterday when the judge granted Usher with primary custody once again.
Tameka tried real hard to cite that the incident as proof that Usher was not watching the kids to the best of his ability and his constant traveling for work was at fault. But we said before this is calling the kettle black when her son from another husband dies after being hit by a jetski last year in a lake. He was unsupervised and Tameka Foster Raymond was not even there when it happened.
Despite Tameka’s numerous tears shed on the stand, the judge ruled for the kids to stay with Usher. Although Usher was victorious, he did walk up to Tameka and hugged her, but new paperwork shows they will be duking it out in court yet again over the current child support payments.

According to the paperwork obtained by TMZ, the R&B singer is requesting the current child support payments be lowered, and his reasoning is they are just too high considering he is the one that currently has primary custody.
The website says the documents were filed earlier this month and state Usher currently pays around $8k a month in child support, and he’s claiming they should be lowered because the amount was decided while Tameka had custody of the boys.
Usher is requesting a hearing to have the payments drastically lowered, however, as of now no date has been set for the former couple to battle it out in court just yet.
No offense to Tameka, but why is Usher paying so much in support when he has primary custody and Tameka has visitation rights? Actually she should be paying USher, but we all know he has the money.
In fact the $8,000 should just go towards a college fund every month instead of paying Tameka. It sounds like she is living off the child support since the kids live with Usher and he takes care of all expenses already. The Child support makes no sense and should be rectified.
