CelebNMusic247.com has learned that the Compton rhymer has scored a small victory regarding a the $10 million lawsuit she SLAPPED him with.

According to his accuser, he allegedly sexually assaulted her on the VH1 reality show She Got Game, including rubbing on her “bare vagina and buttocks.” The Game tried to have her case thrown out, but it appears the case is going to trial.

Id you recall, Rainey is suing The Game, real name Jayceon Taylor, for $10 million, claiming he sexually assaulted her while filming a scene in a Los Angeles bar for his reality TV show She’s Got Game.

Does Rainey forget that she signed up to win Game’s heart because she was supposedly falling for him? Why is she suing him for a rub? if you’re legitimately trying to find love on a show, things that happen off camera should stay off camera and between the suitor and his competitors.

It sounds more like Priscilla Rainey was using the show for exposure and had no interest in finding love with the Game. And now she is suing? Somebody is allegedly trying to have a come up on Jayceon Taylor’s dime. Rainey has been given leave to refile her request before the start of the trial in just under two weeks.

Back in February Game tried to get the lawsuit dismissed blasting Rainey’s allegations on Instagram:

“(She) is a liar! Every girl on that show will tell u (you) I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her. She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started (sic).”

Meanwhile the Hate It Or Love It hitmaker’s lawyer has asked the judge overseeing the case to dismiss Rainey’s request to prohibit her “promiscuous” sexual history from being used in court. The rapper is hoping allegations she was a prostitute and was arrested for theft will help him win favor with the jury when the trial begins.

The case will head to trial in November (16) unless a settlement can be reached.
