Thursday night was the start of the gay bachelor aka Finding Prince Charming which felt like a gathering of boys at the white party in Palm Springs looking for a man! And yes these girls are THIRSTY for a man!!!
Get the tea on Finding Prince Charming or as we like to call episode one “No Sweating or Gossip Girls ALLOWED!” Flip and read on…

CelebNReality247.com has put together this review, but first, we have to say we enjoyed the show, but the guys seem so stereotypical of the “gay man” image!
Thursday’s premiere introduced America to 33-year-old interior designer Robert Sepulveda, Jr., accurately described by one of his suitors as “a real life Prince Charming.”
EEEH! If you say so.
Robert Sepulveda, Jr., 33, is a handsome Puerto Rican who lives in the A, not anus, Atlanta. Anyways we give them props for the sexy Latin man.
Moving on. The show introduces all the elements aka contestants. You have the down home girls, the gossip girls, the ladies, and a sprinkle of boys and jocks, or is the boys who like jocks? No maybe jocks who like boys? Nevermind, they are all there in the mix hoping to snag Mr. right or as Logo puts it, Finding Prince Charming. Why are we saying it this way? Honey if you have to ask, then you need to move on to the next article girl!
Finding Prince Charming is put into the mix of 15 hopeful suitors all gunning to bed this man. Wait we got ahead of ourself again, we mean, date this man and then get laid. Plus they are all hoping for sparks, fireworks, the picked fence, and at least 9+ inches of pleasure. We know, too much…
Meet the ladies:
We agree with Brodney 100% when he says Paul should get the boot. Watch:
Lance Bass is the hostess with the most, as he introduces Robert Sepulveda, Jr. and his his perfectly coiffed hair to his potential husband, or at least boyfriend for 12 months.
The former escort is now looking for love, which means he must be tired of all those one nighters, so he is thrown into the thirst den. And before you wonder why we are so nonchalant about it, here is your answer. Yes, Robert has a past as an escort. A lot of the gay porn stars that are pseudo celebrities in the gay community also work as escorts. This is because the gay community is supposed to be sex positive. We don’t shame people for being escorts, or acting in porn, because this isn’t a couch at a Real Housewives reunion. So it’s like a second nature thing, none of us care. We all have sex, he just did and got paid. Good for him.
This first thing they are subjected to is a intro night. They all have to introduce themselves in a Hashtag describe yourself introduction where Robert reveals he is Prince Charming.
Afterwards, Sam and Robby get into a caddy session. Sam calls out Robby for being the woman he is. She is a hairstylist, and in the life, need we say more. Plus every word that comes out of his mouth is “what’s wrong Mary?” Need we say more.
Watch:
The next day is the pool party. There are drinks for the liquored impaired. And like most men, its all about physical attraction first. The thirst is real! The best quote of the day is “Everyone is Thirstier here than Tara Reid in rehab.”
Watch:
The guys all get a chance to make an impression on Robert, but one, who we feel NEEDS to be AXED doesn’t go to Robert until the last moment with a sob story that is supposed to be heartfelt, but came off pathetic. It’s Paul. He is boring, insecure and so NOT the dating type. He needs to find himself again. Jumping into another relationship is complete disaster. But we know the producers are loving him.
So who is Mr right for Prince Charming?
Let us introduce you to we feel may be a right fit for Robert.
Chad, 32, tops our list. Fun, spontaneous and like he said flexible. Chad seems to be that guy you get married too.
Dillon, 26, he seems the most genuine. He seems to be Robert’s type physically fit, sexy, and considerate. Not sure if his motives are in the right place.
Eric, 35, would be our next choice.
Sam, 31, because under all his mean girl antics he and Robert had an connection before he knew Robert was PC. He is a real #THIRSTYGIRL
Who makes the good girlfriend list?
Danique, 30, he’s cool to hang with, but NOT Robert’s type.
Robby, 26, is like the mom on That 70s show, Funny, annoying, but to much sugar.
Jasen, 33, just one of the guys that would be fun at the bar.
NOT Matches!
Nick, 31, He is just a sweaty mess. Insecure, lacks confidence and more. We were turned off immediately and so was Robert.
Charlie, 26, He has too much growing up to do. He is gossipy and doesn’t understand men like Robert life a gay lifestyle and he doesn’t. He still needs to come out to his straight friends.
Brandon, 29, he seems cool, but lets be real after a few nights of hot sex, he looks like his eyes would wander.
Brodney, 34, Robert is fully attracted, but he is too shy and too insecure. He blows it and is in the way of himself. He could have had Prince Charming at hello.
Paul, he is NOT ready to be in another relationship, and if he does get in one it will crumble, because they will be his rebound man.
Justin, 29, is a “project manager” which is a job title that in no way signifies what anyone actually does for a living. He has wondering eyes NOT good for finding Prince Charming, that is, if you’re Robert. Great for the show. Plus he claims he is MASCULINE. Muscles don’t make a man masculine. He is lady through and through.
There you have it. Our recap of night one!
Ok, so you want to know who didn’t get a tie from Robert. And yes, he gives them ties. Why we don’t know. Maybe because the producers though charms, bracelets and flowers we too gay? Who knows it’s probably the most masculine thing on the show.
The first three men cut were:
Brodney, Charlie and Eric. We saw it coming but Brodney should have stayed a few more episodes and Paul should have been cut. He just seems like he’s a serial killer. There is NOTHING interesting about him. He is a cookie cutter guy that fits an image, but his insecurities are pathetic and weak. If Robert picks him he is in for a lot of nights of Paul crying into a pillow asking, “why, why did he kill himself? Why doesn’t anyone love me?” The answer to all that is. “you have to love yourself first before someone can love you back.”
That is the biggest problem in the gay scene. Too many guys think good sex is love. Too many guys get caught up by shady friends telling them who to date. And too many gay men are trying to be something they’re NOT. Lastly, too many gay men are looking for someone to take care of them.
Be yourself, find love when it finds you, which means don’t force it and don’t date someone because you fear you will be a whore if you don’t. Mr right was standing in front of you and you were just scared to admit it. #Choices
