Oh No Ed, we hope you get better. This is the second time Mayor Koch has been hospitalized in two months.
He says tests on Sunday showed Koch also has some fluid in his lungs. Arzt says Koch ‘sounded great’ when they spoke Sunday.
It’s unclear when he will be released. However, Arzt says Koch didn’t look well at lunch with former aides on Saturday afternoon.

Koch was hospitalized in December with a respiratory infection and in September with anemia.
The 88-year-old Democrat served three terms from 1978 to 1989.
He is famously credited for pulling New York City from bankruptcy, and earning his first re-election in 1981.
