CelebNMusic247.com has some words of advice when at HUGE festivals.

It’s a horrible thought that you head out with friends to go have fun at a music festival and never come back! You never know when your on your final days in this world and that why you have to live them to the fullest, enjoy every second and every breath.

We are very sorry for Kimchi Truong family, who had to loose their daughter at a music festival. To all teens, young adults and adults who are heading out to music festivals this summer like BottleRockNapa, Outside Lands, Lalapalooza, Pitchfork, Bonnoroo, Treasure Island, Rock The Bells and Made In America, please be safe. Say no to drugs if you’ve never done them. Music Festivals are not the place for first timers and keep the drinking to a minimal, for every drink in the heat equals one bottle water or two so your body can keep up. Orange Juice, water and Gatoraid are the best remedy to keep your body hydrated at all times. Trust us, we know at least this much. Keep this rule of thumb at parties, raves and more, because we’ve been there and done it all. Water, water, water! and for food, eat apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, salad if for some reason (wink, wink) you cannot eat. Eating will force you out of extreme highs. – French Fries, chips, and salty foods can help a friend snap out of a too drunk or too high moment.

If a friend is passed out, roll them on their side in case they throw up, this will keep them from drowning in their own vomit.  We don’t need anyone else dying this year at festivals.

When going to festivals it is fun to party with friends, but don’t do anything you’re unsure of or where it comes from. Golden rule if you don’t know them, then don’t take anything offered!

Party in moderation and stay coherent when at music festivals. Play safe at all times and avoid overdosing!
