When a suspicious guy steps up into Black Ink Teddy looks at him sideways until he says he wants to interview Ceaser for a magazine.
The man comes into the shop looking for David Emmanuel aka Ceaser and ends up giving him a document saying he needs to appear in family court.
Ceaser steps into the trap and finds out that he’s been served when he asks the guy which magazine he’s with.
It’s comical and messed up all at the same time.
