Word is, Brandy quickly took dismiss engagement rumors yesterday after a radio station prematurely announced that she was getting married.
The false alarm spread like wild fire on the blogosphere, but a quick witted Brandy logged on to twitter to shut those rumors down:
Although, Brandy and her boo Ryan Press are uberly in love, she Tweeted:
“Starz, I’m not engaged..Lol. You guys would have been the first to know after my fam bam! Trust me, I would have tweeted the ring. #soon”
Earlier this year, Brandy revealed to Ebony Magazine:
“I wish we were engaged. He’s taking a little long on the ring side of things, but I’m patient. I wanted to impress him. I wanted him to be proud of me; I was inspired by him. So making the record and him being there, it’s just all a part of it. Him and my daughter. I want him to love my songs. I want him to love my voice.”
Guess it might be time for Ryan to put a on Ring on it.
