Brandi Maxiell is setting the record straight about Shaunie O’Neal and “Basketball Wives.” According to Brandi, don’t get it twisted “I was never fired,” boo!
Read on to get the tea from Brandi Maxiell, who can now speak on Basketball Wives since the reunion is tonight…

CelebNReality247.com has just learned via Basketball Wives’ Brandi Maxiell that , who is calling this season “boring” and “horrible,” that she left.
Could that be because she wasn’t on this season?
No, according to Brandi Maxiell, Shaunie begged her to come back for another season, but during an interview on K104’s DeDe In The Morning she revealed a lot was going on.
Brandi told DeDe one of the main reasons why we only saw her twice was on BBW:
“They did bring me back, they brought me back and then the first time they had the season coming, it was some things I didn’t agree on.”
However, the former Basketball Wives star, who called Shaunie a bitch couple seasons back was NOT in the right head space for the series anymore.

Maxiell explains:
“When they started filming I lost my grandmother, so my mental state—I wasn’t there. Then in January they called me and said, ‘I need you, I need you.’”
She goes on to clarify that she was NOT FIRED, She QUIT!
“Everyone in the world thinks I’m fired and that Shaunie gave me the boot. I was never fired. I said ‘I’m done with this.’ It wasn’t right, they were trying to get girls to not film with me.”
As for the Tami Roman drama, here is what she had to say about it:
“I believe they used the Tami situation. That’s what she said but I heard that’s not the truth. I heard it was Shaunie like ‘why is this girl still back?’ ‘I fired her and she’s still back.’”
Who do you think is telling the truth? Was Brandi just a scapegoat for Shaunie to point blame and take focus off of her?
