Anthony Anderson‘s new series Blackish is The New Modern Family, it’s fresh, funny and a hilarious new sitcom on ABC the makes valid points from a black point of view.
Tracee Ellis Ross and Anthony Anderson will be teaming up to face the challenges of raising colorblind kids in the new ABC comedy “Blackish.” The debate over attempting to raise children to be racially colorblind has sparked a much-needed discussion on a national level.
The premiere episode of “Blackish” kicks off with many social topics we all asks ourselves:
How did Justin Timberlake and Robin Thicke become the ideal image of R&B singers?
When did Kim Kardashian become the image of a perfect butt?
Why do black kids feel they need to change their name or convert to fit in white society?
What makes a white guy an honorary brutha?
How did black culture get changed to the word urban?
Why do companies treat black employees with stereo typical refreshments like grape soda and Cheetos?
Blackish is smart, witty and really points out how black families are treated in society. Thank you ABC for touching on social issues that still exist in the work place, in suburban neighbor hoods and how the word urban has taken over black culture.
The funniest part of the show is how white people try to use black slang like; swagg, keep it real and more to be hip with black people. Nothing is worse that a white person using slang that is used out of context. Be yourself everybody!
Make sure to watch Blackish with Laurence Fishburne, Tracee Ellis Ross and Anthony Anderson.
The show is genius!
