After Beyonce performed âFormationâ during Super Bowl 50 in February she was faced with a wave of backlash. Now Beyonce Says Formation Is Not Anti-Police!!!
Find out why Beyonce says 2 months after the fact, Formation Is Not Anti-Police on the flip…

Queen Beyonce is now letting those seemingly uninformed haters know that the song is not âanti-police.â Bey says the song is anti-police brutality and violence, which CelebNMusic247.com has already assumed!
Before we let you read on, Beyonce says “Formation” in Not Anti-Police!
Well we would like to weigh a little, saying anyone who thought it was âanti-police,â is foolish. We completely got what she was saying from the jump. The video was telling we need to stand up in Formation against police brutality and violence. Too many young black men are dying from cops who should not have badges.
Beyonce opened up to Elle magazine about the surprise song and video that stopped the world. Bey says that the message has been misconstrued by many, but sheâs here to set the record straight.
Beyonce says simply:
âIâm an artist and I think the most powerful art is usually misunderstood.â
âBut anyone who perceives my message as anti-police is completely mistaken. I have so much admiration and respect for officers and the families of officers who sacrifice themselves to keep us safe. But letâs be clear: I am against police brutality and injustice.â
She also threw a bit more shade at her detractors for the black pride anthem. Queen Bey loves the skin she is in and says the video is a celebration of black culture:
âIf celebrating my roots and culture during Black History Month made anyone uncomfortable, those feelings were there long before a video and long before me. Iâm proud of what we created and Iâm proud to be part of a conversation that is pushing things forward in a positive way.â
