Beyonce erased Dixie Chicks

CelebNMusic27.com has two conflicting reports claiming why the CMA removed a snippet when Beyonce and the Dixie Chicks performed ” Daddy Issues” from their site.

The performance was a highlight of the Country Music Association Awards. On Thursday morning Bey and the Chicks had a prominent presence on CMAWorld.com… Then in the blink of an eye poof, they were ERASED!

Shortly after Beyonce was gone, TMZ released a post claiming CMA honchos were concerned about the reaction to Beyonce. Plus it questions Bye’s support of the Dixie Chicks for the Black Lives Matter movement. This according to sources directly connected with the CMAs.

Comments quickly followed saying:

“That’s right folks. Beyonce performed at the CMAs last night & is on a mission to take country music away from us, hardworking white people!” And, “Beyonce overrated racist n***er bitch.”

The comments go on:

“@Beyonce the cop hater? No thanks!”

“What place does @Beyonce who vilifies police officers who keep us safe have to do with #CMAawards50?”

Following the harsh comments, the CMAs have scrubbed the women from all social media platforms. It appears Beyonce is NOT welcome in Country music and fans want her to stay in her lane.

It was also reported that the CMA people “just want this to go away,” feeling it was probably a mistake to invite the 4 women in the first place.

Why the CMA Association had Beyonce ERASED!

After TMZ posted their article the Country Music Association Awards released a statement stating why Bey and the Dixie Chicks were taken off the site. According to the CMA, it had nothing to do with regret or backlash.

They said in a statement to Us Weekly on Thursday, November 3:

“CMA has not erased any mentions of Beyoncé’s performance on the CMA Awards.”

“In advance of the broadcast, CMA removed a five-second promotional clip from ABC.com and CMA’s Facebook page. The promo was unapproved and CMA removed it prior to the broadcast. Beyoncé’s performance with Dixie Chicks was a highlight of the evening and we are continuing to share the amazing full-length performance clip via our official social channels.”

What do you think about Beyonce and The Dixie Chicks performing at the CMAs? Should Bey stay in her own lane and leave Country Music to country singers?
