Apollo Nida has put Phaedra Parks on BLAST for claiming that they were divorced. Instead, he reveals the real reason why the judge threw out their divorce and it comes down to a simple mistake!

CelebNReality247.com has learned that the recent divorce judgment between Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks was tossed out because Phaedra reportedly misspelled names on the court documents.

Of course, Phaedra Parks publicist claims there was a good reason for that, While, Apollo Nida’s attorneys think Phaedra is “shady.” All season Phaedra has started rumors, been shady and back-peddled on her side mouthing about her fellow cast mates. She proved that she was fraudulent when she told Kenya that she forgave her and they could be friends. of course Porsha was in her ear telling her to watch out. Messy women know messy woman.

The AJC writes,

Apparently, the couple has to go back to square one and start from scratch. His attorneys believe Parks deliberately typed the incorrect names into the initial 2015 divorce filing (e.g. his name was spelled “Nita” instead of “Nida”), then had it sealed, to purposely keep Nida in the dark about what was going on. He didn’t even know when the final hearing was last July. By default, she won her judgment and was able to walk away from Nida without giving up a penny in assets or custody of their two sons. (He was served the divorce papers in March of 2016 with the improper name spellings.)

Parks’ spokesman Steve Honig explains why the names were altered and why it wasn’t meant to snow Nida:

The names were “were slightly altered in an effort to protect Phaedra’s privacy and prevent media on reporting on her personal life.”

Nida wasn’t having it. He filed his own separate divorce claim last December, then questioned the way she filed her divorce papers. The judge ultimately sided with Nida, feeling he had been mistreated. Onyema Farrey and Tessie Edwardsbelieve Parks was purposely making it hard for Nida to respond to the filing to ensure she would get to keep the kids and all their assets.

We hope Apollo gets half of everything! Sorry Phaedra but you are too shady and you need to get a dose of what you dish!
