Emile Hirsch Heading To Jail!!!
Best known for his role in The Girl Next Door, Emile Hirsch Heading To Jail as a result of an incident he was involved in during the Sundance Film Festival.
Hirsch pled guilty to misdemeanor assault Monday in Salt Lake City. In addition, he has to pay a $4,750 fine and do 50 hours of community service.
We previously reported on the incident that took place on January 25 during Sundance, when the actor put a Paramount Studio executive in a chokehold during a violent, drunken episode.

The victim stated she thought she was “going to die” during the drunken assault.
A representative for Hirsch released a statement following his arrest, which read: “Emile consumed an enormous amount of alcohol on the evening in question and he has no memory of what happened.” Law enforcement confirms Emile and the witnesses were both highly intoxicated.
The actor checked himself into rehab directly following the incident.
The judge in the case stated that the case will be dismissed if the actor completes his sentence, so Emile Hirsch is heading To Jail For 15 Days!
