Great news Dustin Hoffman fans, the Oscar winner’s cancer was “detected early,” so he was able to treat it.
According to Dustin Hoffman’s spokeswoman, his cancer was “detected early,” and now he is ”feeling great and is in good health.”

While Hoffman’s rep would not disclose the exact nature of the star’s illness, she did tell People that he will partake in preventative treatment to reduce the chance of the disease reappearing.
His rep also says his cancer has been “surgically cured.”
The 75-year-old actor recently finished shooting the film Chef, and is slated to begin production on Esio Trot with Judi Dench in the fall.
