Yes its ture the extra joked about getting weed from Zac Efron, which was a joke that got the extra fired.

Efron has had a bumpy year with accusations of drugs after he cleaned up his act, so Zac’s camp doesn’t find it ammussing when you smear his name.

The extra posted this photo of some prop weed and got himself fired for insinuating he got it from Zac Efron.

On the set of Neighbors 2 an extra got he walking papers this week, after he Instagrammed a pic from the set showing a baggie filled with fake weed, with the caption:

“Thanks for the weed Zac Efron! BTW it’s only a prop, people.”

What was the extra thinking?

No much apparently, because the harmful tweet may have had a disclaimer but it wasn’t enough for the extra to keep his job.

The extra was 86’d almost immediately. Our source says it wasn’t the first time the extra had gotten in trouble for inappropriate posts.

We’re told Zac was not involved in the decision to fire the guy.
