The only problem is that the tour that never got off the ground and DMX was stuck stateside.
Well the lawsuit has settled and DMX has lost!
Heavy Rotation was among the many creditors listed in DMX’s 2013 bankruptcy filing, but because of inconsistent asset reporting his case was thrown out.
After the bankruptcy got rejected Heavy Rotation pounced on the chance to refile their debt claim and according to Re Tox just won a $244k default judgment against DMX after the rapper failed to respond to their lawsuit.
Over the past couple years it’s more than a bumpy road for DMXs especially since his legal battles, DUI’s, arrests and more. He Luckily got a break when the bankruptcy case got thrown out, The Darkman X settled his child support lawsuit and back in 2012 X was forced to cancel New England concert.
