CelebnMusic247.com reports that DaniLeigh‘s brother, Brandon Bills, 29, is suing the rapper over their fight at a L.A. bowling alley last week.

According to the lawsuit, Brandon claims he walked by DaBaby, 30, in the bowling alley when the “Rockstar” rapper and his crew attacked him out of nowhere.

The assault left DaniLeigh’s Brother with severe injury and pain. Brandon claims he didn’t fight back and says DaBaby’s assault resulted in physical and psychological damage, as well as medical bills and sustained disability.

As previously reported, the altercation was caught on camera. In the footage, Brandon Bills can be seen being attacked by DaBaby and his entourage. Several individuals were involved in the fight that apparently left Bills bloodied. It appears DaBaby threw the first punch which started the melee. Reportedly, Bills refused medical treatment and DaBaby left be scene before cops arrived.

DaBaby has since spoken out, claiming the act was in self defense and alleged that Brandon Bills was making threatening remarks prior to the altercation.

This all stems from Bills previously stating that he wanted to fight DaBaby due to his mistreatment of DaniLeigh back in November 2021:
