(CelebNMusic247-News) Could Chris Brown Be Getting Dropped
Over the past week, Chris Brown has steadily been losing sponsors for his upcoming performance at in Canada for the Energy Rush concert!
Many have been protesting against his upcoming appearance, which caused the sponsors to withdraw their support. The protests of course are a result of Chris assaulting on and off again girlfriend Rihanna, but the company that was in charge of putting together the concert said in a recent statement to the press it is standing by the singer.
However, if there’s any kind of truth to a new report from All Hip Hop, they too may be in the process of severing ties with Chris Brown and dumping him all together from the show.
Here’s the drop according to Illseed:
“…From what I hear, some women’s groups in Canada have started to boycott Chris based on the violence against Rihanna. But, if they were fair, they would be boycotting others as well. But, the truth is, the sponsors are leaving at other shows in Canada and that means BIG money. Four sponsors have dropped out of supporting a festival in Halifax. That’s four sponsors and about 12,000 protesters. Houston, we have a problem. Right now, I am hearing that Brown is still on for the show, but, a source in Canada tells me they are trying to wrangle sponsors back in hopes that they can get their money. If they can, they are rumored to be considering dumping Breezy.”
