‘Chronicle’ Director Josh Trank Set To Helm ‘Fantastic Four’ Reboot

(CelebNMusic247) Chronicle director Josh Trank set to helm Fantastic Four Reboot.

With Tank in the driver’s seat, while the Chronicle and Lawless star Dane DeHaan, who bears a striking resemblance to Leonardo DiCaprio is said to be a perfect as Johnny Storm (aka The Human Torch).

Chris Evans handled that role in the first two installments of the franchise.

Dehann told Hollywood Outbreak that superhero movies are his “guilty pleasure”, and admitted to being “inspired” by Marc Webb‘s human take on Spider-Man.

“I love going to those movies in the movie theatre. And I do think [Josh] Trank is capable of doing that with superhero movies,” he said.

“So, if I would do another [superhero] movie, I would love to do it with him because I know he understands the human aspects of them. He knows they’re not just spectacle.”

Trank’s Fantastic Four is expected to be some years away from release as Fox has both The Wolverine (July 23, 2013) and X-Men: Days of Future Past (July 18th, 2014) scheduled for release ahead of it.

Basically, Fantastic Four reboot is leaning towards 2015.
