Chris Brown Sued by Backup Dancer Over Eye Injuries

CelebNMusic247.com has the latest legal drama Chris Brown is now facing according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

What we are hearing is that Griffin claims a wardrobe and make-up artist named Angel had “carelessly and negligently poured fake liquid blood on (her) head without eye protection after assuring her that the substance was safe.”

Now, she is going after Chris Brown and the video’s production team to pay for the damage caused to both of her eyes for not protecting her from the liquid blood.

This sounds very familiar to the first Blade movie where they sprayed 100’s of paid extras for the rave scene with blood. All those people suffered staining on their skin and eye issues because the production didn’t protect the background players who were covered in blood for over twelve hours of shooting for multiple days. The production lost because it was caused by the negligence of the production.

She has a case for sure.

Griffin argues that fake blood was not properly tested for safety and that the defendants should’ve known the liquid could harm eyes. She says Brown and the production company “had a duty to properly train its employees and agents on the use of dangerous substance including fake liquid blood when preparing dancers and performers for the music video.” According to The Blast, Griffin claims Brown and the production team have not provided any assistance during her recovery.

She is seeking more than $25,000, for “loss of wages including past and present,” as well damaged, “including medical care and treatment of personal injuries.” The Blast report does not specify the Brown video for which Griffin was hired. – The Blast
