Once fans saw the tweet by Charlie Puth they quickly reacted to the bizarre declaration from the ‘We Don’t Talk Anymore’ singer.

Puth expressed interest in working with the jailed rapper to his 3 million Twitter followers, Tweeting:

If 6ix9ine gets out and is able to make another record I’ll produce it for free.

The post was up for a short time before Puth deleted it, but PopCrave managed to capture it for posterity.

23-year-old rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez, was indicted and sent to prison last year on federal racketeering and firearms charges. His recent court testimony against alleged members of the Nine Trey Bloods gang has made headlines in recent days and even spawned memes.

Tekashi Snitch9 knows why he is in court. He is there to take down the five other people that have been charged.

Now that he became a SNITCH (somewhere around last November) his future remains uncertain with prosecutors hinting that he could enter witness protection. He is still facing 47 years behind bars. His sentence reduction has NOT be revealed as of yet. Some are still saying Six9ine will still serve another 3 to 4 years.

As for, Charlie Puth, it makes no sense why he is wanting to collab with a SNITCH. He probably thinks it would have been a smart move? SMH
