It’s that time of year to schedule out your weekend on who to see and watch at this years 2016 BottleRock Culinary Stage Set Times on the flip…

We previously told that the BottleRock Culinary stage Lineup is back for a second year due to the popularity of music and food fusion all blending into a magnificent culinary blend, like fine food mixed with musical spices!

The second year of the BottleRock Culinary stage will surely impress music and foodies at this years festival especially with the great music and
food celebrity Chefs.  Returning is the wildly popular Williams-Sonoma Culinary Stage which will feature many of the world’s most talented chefs and food personalities paired with some of the biggest names in music and entertainment.

NOTE: The Williams-Sonoma Culinary Stage is a “only-at-BottleRock” demonstrations, performances and surprise hi-jinx! you have to be at 2016 BottleRock Culinary stage to see what goes down this year!

Chef Chris Cosentino and  the infamous Cheech & Chong

Chef Chris Cosentino puts smoking techniques to work with the infamous Cheech & Chong, creating a one-of-a-kind custom cocktail and savory smoked favorites.

Saturday May 28th at 3:45pm:

Chef Michael Mina and Seattle’s famous Pike Place Fish throwers and San Francisco 49ers Dwight Clark

James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Mina and Seattle’s famous Pike Place Fish throwers test San Francisco 49ers Dwight Clark’s skills “catching” fish.

Watchout if you are too close you might get a fish slapping in you in the face because the challenge is on. Will Clark be able to catch a wet fish? It’s not a football. LOL!

Saturday, May 28th at 7:30pm:

Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Green Day’s Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt

Green Day’s Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt join Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto to create an array of delicious courses using a massive whole fish. Will they be able to hold up against the Iron Chef? Wait and find out, because last year was crazy fun.
