Cash Out Hit With $40 Million Judgment Following Sex Trafficking Lawsuit!

We here at CelebnMusic247.com has one question to ask you…why would you continue to support and listen to someone’s music when they have just been SLAPPED with a sex trafficking lawsuit? That means they are no better than R. Kelly. When you support someone like this is means you think what they are doing is fine. If that was your daughter, I think you would have a totally different opinion.

CelebnMusic247.com reports Rapper Ca$h Out will have to pay $40 million to one of the victims from his sex trafficking case.

During a hearing held on Wednesday, January 7, a judge awarded one of the rapper’s victims, only known as J.M., $10 million in compensatory damages and $30,000,000 in punitive damages. According to Complex, J.M. filed a civil suit against the “Cashin’ Out,” rapper in federal court back in 2022 and accused him of violating the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act. She alleged Cash Out, born John-Michael Hakim Gibson, forced her into a prostitution ring and threatened to beat her if she didn’t perform sexual acts on clients.

“The court’s ruling underscores that sex trafficking carries serious legal consequences,” J.M.’s attorney Matthew Stoddard said. “It sends an important signal that exploiting vulnerable individuals is not only morally reprehensible but will be met with substantial accountability under the law. Gibson was sentenced to life in prison plus 70 years in jail following a months-long trial. A jury found him guilty of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act in Georgia for allegedly running a prostitution ring. Gibson’s mother Linda Smith, who was also known as “Morenika Vinnie” and “Mama Ca$h Out,” and his business partner, Tyrone Taylor, were listed as co-defendants in the indictment. After a jury convicted them, Taylor was also given life in prison plus 70 years, and Smith received 30 years in prison.
